OD O’Donnell has been recognised for his coaching abilities when it comes to fitness and overall health and wellbeing, due to his military background and personal training experience. Since 2013, he has been coaching and teaching in specific British Weight Lifting and CrossFit classes. Committed to the technical side of coaching, OD ensures the foundations are laid correctly, injuries are diminished and progress is ultimately made.
